From the Blythe Brewery website:
The brewery idea started in 2002 at a converted barn in rural Staffordshire. Overlooking fields and the river Blythe this has proved to be the perfect location.
All the beers produced are traditional cask or bottle-conditioned.
Actual brewing started in 2003 and the plant is small at only 2.5 barrel capacity (90 gallon)
Two beers were initially produced but this has now expanded to five all-year round beers plus seasonals and specials. All the beers are named after local people, places or events.
A third fermenting vessel was installed in 2005 and at most 1200 litres are produced per week.
